EXPECTATIONS
What to Expect During Your Visit
Your appointment begins with a short assessment to understand your current issues and to determine the most appropriate treatment based on your needs. The therapist may review your health history, perform some tests of your range of motion, and look for postural imbalances. Once a treatment plan has been confirmed, the therapist will leave the room and allow you to strip down to your level of comfort. Your treatment might end a few minutes early to allow time for prescription of remedial exercises and to provide advice for self-care.
