EXPECTATIONS

What to Expect During Your Visit

For your initial appointment, your therapist will perform a full assessment to evaluate your overall physical condition and to understand any specific issues you may be experiencing. You will be asked to fill out a medical history prior to your appointment as it is important to understand any previous accidents or traumas experienced, medications you are taking, and family history of illness. Various tests may be performed, such as gait and postural analysis, range of motion, and muscle strength. Please wear appropriate loose-fitting clothing. You may be asked to remove articles of clothing as required for certain treatments, such as dry needling. Following the assessment, you will receive a full treatment session.
